Description

In this paper, we investigate the well-posedness and asymptotic behavior of solutions for a Timo-shenko system incorporating distributed delay and thermodi¤usion e¤ects. Using the semigroup technique, we establish the well-posedness of the system under suitable assumptions on the weight of the distributed delay.
Additionally, by employing the energy method based on the multiplier technique, we design an appropriate Lyapunov functional to demonstrate exponential decay of the solutions.
